EHS Students Register to Vote

135 students were registered to vote in the 2016 elections Thursday at Effingham High School.

Effingham County Clerk Kerry Hirtzel and members of his staff were on hand to oversee the registration process.

EHS student Hannah Buehnerkemper works with Deputy County Clerk Pauletta Bushur to complete the registration process.

EHS student Holly Hulskotter is seated to get registered, while other students wait.

Hirtzel and his staff have had similar registration drives at county high schools for a number of years.
