Righter Hosts Forum on Hog Farms in Cumberland County

State Sen. Dale Righter (R-Mattoon) hosted a free informational Town Hall Forum regarding hog farm operations in Cumberland County.

The forum was held Thursday evening at the American Legion in Toledo. People representing pork producers, farmers, local officials, and citizens of Cumberland County all participated in the forum. Sen. Righter hosted the listening forum after some citizens expressed concern about the impact some hog farms could have on their communities.
