ARC Community Support Systems Announces Raffle Winners

ARC Community Support Systems has announced the winners of its annual Christmas Raffle.

The winner of the $3,000 grand prize was Tinley Mette of Teutopolis. Jon Kinkelaar won the second place prize of $1,000. Floyd Barlow of Dieterich won the $500 third place prize.

The raffle is the second-largest fundraiser each year for Community Support Systems.
