Members of the Teutopolis Village Board were updated Wednesday on plans for a business incubator site.

Local entrepreneur Bob Schultz is part of a consortium identifying sites for start-up businesses. The fledgling enterprises have a set period of time to get things up and running and can use the incubator site in the meantime.

Teutopolis village officials are working to get an office in place in a garage near the Village Hall to use as the incubator site.

Village Board members also approved a $49,000 payment on a box culvert construction project on Oak Street.
