Thursday Deadline for Reservations for Effingham County Community Foundation Dinner

Those interested in attending the Southeastern Illinois Community Foundation annual dinner this Friday night are reminded that Thursday is the deadline to make reservations.

Make reservations by noon Thursday at 217-342-4988. Tickets are $50 each. The dinner will be held at the Keller Convention Center in Effingham.

The evening will begin at 5:30 p.m. with a cocktail reception followed by dinner at 7 p.m. The Foundation's 2015 Outstanding Philanthropist will be honored at about 8:30 p.m. Nominations for the Richard C. Siemer Outstanding Philanthropist Award are submitted on behalf of individuals, families or corporations who have demonstrated outstanding civic and charitable responsibility. This year's award is being sponsored by Siemer Milling Company.
