Two Flora Residents Dead After Motorcycle Crash in Missouri

Two Flora residents died Sunday from injuries sustained in a motorcycle crash near Hannibal Mo.

Missouri Highway Patrol identified the victims as Karen J. Halsey, 54, and Bruce E. Pittman, 62. Halsey was the Flora City Clerk and Pittman was an engineer at North American Lighting.

Pittman’s motorcycle went off the road, down an embankment and struck a tree. Halsey was pronounced dead at the scene; Pittman died a short time later at Mercy Hospital in St. Louis.
