Ruholl is Hospital's New Outpatient Surgery Manager

HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital has announced that Jill Ruholl, RN, was recently named the hospital’s new Outpatient Surgery Manager.

Ruholl has over 13 years of nursing experience at St. Anthony’s. She joined St. Anthony’s in 2002 working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in Skilled Care. In 2004, she attained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville, and began working as a staff nurse in Surgical Services. While in Surgical Services, she gained experience as a scrub nurse, circulating nurse and charge nurse. As charge nurse, Ruholl coordinated all functions of the operating room including delegation of staff assignments, thereby ensuring effective communication with staff and physicians, and proper flow of surgeries. Prior to St. Anthony’s, she worked as a CNA at Sunbridge Nursing Home in Effingham.
