Today is Deadline for FSA County Committee Nominations

Effingham County USDA Farm Service Agency County Executive Director Randy Tillman reminds that today is the deadline to nominate someone for a local FSA county committee.

Nomination forms must be postmarked or received in the office on South Banker in Effingham by the close of business today.

This year, nominations and elections will be held in Local Administrative Area 1, which includes Liberty, Moccasin, Banner, Summit, Douglas and St. Francis Townships. Elected county committee members serve three-year terms.
