Teutopolis Addresses Several Personnel Matters

Teutopolis school board members Monday acted on several personnel matters.

The board accepted Andy Fehrenbacher's resignation as a high school teacher. Fehrenbacher will be a teacher and boys varsity basketball coach at Salem. Austin Robinson's resignation was accepted as frosh/soph boys basketball coach, but the Board hired him as a volunteer with the program. Becky Probst's resignation as high school girls golf coach was accepted.

The Board hired Grant Keller as a high school PE and driver's ed teacher and as JV boys basketball coach, hired Jennifer Dittamore as an elementary teacher and as high school cheer sponsor, hired Sally Hanson as high school library aide and girls golf coach, and hired Mike Walker as frosh/soph boys basketball coach.

Also Monday, the Teutopolis board approved Superintendent Bill Fritcher entering into a contract with electricity supplier Affordable Gas and Electric; purchased a mower from Sloan Implement for $9,579; and agreed to sell a shed located near the junior high basebal field, and a zero-turn mower. The Board also contracted with HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital for vision and hearing screenings; and discussed the budget process for the coming year.
