Niebrugge Finishes as Top Amateur at The Open

Jordan Niebrugge has finished as top amateur at this year's British Open.
Niebrugge, whose grandparents live in the Teutopolis community, shot a two-under 70 Monday to finish 11-under, four shots off the winning score. The 21-year-old will be a senior at Oklahoma State University this fall.
