Hospital Hires Lockett as Director of Food Service

HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital has announced the hiring of Kim Lockett as the hospital’s new Director of Food Service. She began her service with St. Anthony’s on June 1.

In this role, Lockett will manage the hospital Café, At Your Request Room Service, and catering and vending services, as well as assist in oversight of the Environmental Services department.

Lockett comes to St. Anthony’s from SSM St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles, Missouri, where she worked as their Retail Manager for five years. She has been a food service manager for over 15 years.  Previously, she served as a Catering Director contracted with ESPN that traveled throughout the US and Canada preparing and serving meals to their media crews at various sporting events.
