Driver Of Semi Dies In Crash That Happened June 24

An updated news report from the Illinois State Police on an accident that occurred in Effingham County Wednesday, June 24.

Three truck tractor semi-trailers were involved. Glen Holt, 68, of Sikeston, Mo., a driver of one of the semis was initially reported injured and transported to Carle Hospital in Champaign Friday, June 26.

Champaign County coroner's office has now reported Holt received fatal injuries and died as a result of the accident.
