Peerless of America II, Inc. has introduced the Jim Siemer Innovation Award.  This quarterly award program is designed to reward those employees who make significant contributions to improving the products manufactured for Peerless customers.

Mike Warkins, President and CEO, stated, “In the past, Peerless has not consistently recognized the innovative contributions of its employees.  Innovation provides Peerless with the ability to stay competitive and increase market share in our industry.  Since joining Peerless in 1973, Jim Siemer has played a critical role in developing innovative manufacturing techniques that have contributed to the success of our company.  In honor of Jim’s contributions in this area, we have implemented an innovation award program in his name to reward future contributions to improvements by Peerless of America II, Inc. employees.  Rightfully so, Jim Siemer is the first recipient of this award.”
