Talks With Charleston Support Staff Continue

The parties involved in talks toward a new contract for support staff members of the Charleston school district have issued a joint statement that progress is being made.

Here's the statement: "Negotiations between the Charleston Educational Support Personnel Association and Charleston Unit 1 School District are progressing. Good faith efforts and collaborative work from the CESPA and CUSD #1 have produced good dialogue and progress on various District issues. The next session is scheduled for May 4."
