An Olney woman was injured in a weekend crash in Jasper County.

State police say 60-year-old Rayna Holstein was injured when she lost control of the car she was driving on a curve. The vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a guardrail, coming to rest in a ditch.

Holstein was taken to Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney for treatment.

Police cited Holstein on counts of DUI, driving too fast for conditions, and improper lane usage.

The crash happened at 5:47pm Saturday on the Ste. Marie Road, a mile from Ste. Marie.
