One Injured in Crash in City

One person was injured in a crash in Effingham Thursday afternoon.
The crash occurred at 2:46pm east of the intersection of Fayette and Henrietta. City police say a vehicle driven by 25-year-old Jonathan Rojas of Effingham pulled into the path of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Theresa Shaw of Beecher City.
Shaw was injured, but refused treatment. No citations were issued.
