The trial of Stephen Mislich has been continued until May.

The former Altamont resident faces four counts of computer-related harassment and extortion offenses

It is alleged that Mislich utilized hacked online accounts to gain access to sexually oriented photos of women and attempted to obtain additional photos.

A defense motion was granted this week to vacate a scheduled hearing in the case. A final pre-trial hearing is now scheduled for April 23 while the trial is now set for May 11 in US District Court in Benton.
