HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham recently donated $10,000 to Helen Matthes Library's fundraising campaign for a new library home.

The donation will go towards the cost of remodeling the former 5th/3rd Bank building into the new library. Work started in December and is due to be completed later this year.

For more information about opportunities to support the library's fundraising efforts, contact Library Director Amanda McKay at 217-342-2464.
