Sheriff's deputies report Saunders was turning into a business drive and was slowing in traffic. Probst failed to notice the Saunders vehicle and the Probst vehicle struck the rear of the Saunders vehicle, forcing it off the roadway.
A passenger in the Saunders vehicle, four-year-old Kadyn Saunders of Olney, was injured but declined treatment at the scene.
