Miss Richland County is State Fair Queen

(NEW MISS ILLINOIS COUNTY FAIR SADIE GASSMANN OF RICHLAND COUNTY IS CROWNED BY RETIRING QUEEN SUMMER ROBINS SUNDAY NIGHT IN SPRINGFIELD)

Sadie Gassmann, Miss Richland County Fair, was crowned by retiring queen Summer Robins as 2015 Miss Illinois County Fair Queen. The ceremony took place Sunday night at the Illinois Association of Agricultural Fairs Convention in Springfield.

Gassmann is majoring in Elementary Education at SIU Edwardsville. She's the daughter of Gwen Gassmann and the late Chris Gassmann of Olney.

Among the top 15 finalists were Miss Coles County Fair Lacey Jo Solomon of Mattoon and Miss Clay County Fair Tia Rinehart of Louisville.
