Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash at Fayette and Willow, just outside the studios of Premier Broadcasting Friday evening.

The crash occurred just after 5:30pm. City police report a car driven by 17-year-old Holly Hulskotter of Effingham turned into the path of, and was struck by, a vehicle driven by 31-year-old Neil Sandschafer of Teutopolis.

Sandschafer was injured along with two passengers, five-year-old Ben Sandschafer and two-year-old Jack Sandschafer, both of Teutopolis. The three were taken to HSHS St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital in Effingham. Hulskotter was injured, but refused treatment.

Hulskotter was cited for failure to yield.
