Jackson, Sapp Cases Continued to January

Nicholas Jackson and Zachary Sapp, charged in Coles County with armed robbery and home invasion, saw their cases continued to January during court appearances Monday morning.
Both Toledo residents, the 24-year-old Jackson is next due in court on January 5, while Sapp is next due in court on January 22.

Each is charged with holding up Casey's General Store in Mattoon in August. They are each also charged with entering a home in Mattoon in March and tying up the family inside the home.
Jackson is also charged in Effingham County with armed robbery for the alleged holdup of Econolodge on West Fayette the day after the Mattoon holdup. He's due in court on the Effingham County charge on December 17.
