Unit 40 Board Acts on Student Expulsion

The Effingham Unit 40 Board of Education expelled a student during a special meeting Tuesday afternoon.

The student was expelled through the end of the first semester of the 2015-16 school year. The Board also voted to refer the student to the alternative education program.
