Water Authority Holds Special Session

The Effingham Water Authority met in special session on Tuesday.

A variance request for a boat dock on Lot 6 Schafer Estates was shared. The Board will inspect the property in the near future.

A replat was approved of Lots 25 and 26 in Wente and Wenthe Subdivision, and a revised resolution authorizing participation in the abatement of real property tax in the proposed new Effingham City-County Enterprise Zone was approved.
