Davis Named Director of Cardiovascular Services, Emergency Department and ICU at Hospital

HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital has announced that Jami Davis, RN, BSN, has been named Director of Cardiovascular Services, Emergency Department and ICU.
Davis has served as the Director of Cardiovascular Services since February of 2012, giving direction to Cardiology, Vascular Lab, Cardiac Cath, Neurology/Sleep, and Pulmonary Services. She has a long-standing working relationship with Prairie Cardiovascular Consultants. She is a Registered Nurse, receiving her Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville.
Davis has been with St. Anthony's since 2000, working in the ICU until 2002 when she transferred to St. John's Hospital in Springfield. At St. John's she worked on an inpatient cardiac unit as an RN, Charge Nurse and then Assistant Supervisor. In 2004, she returned to St. Anthony's as a staff nurse in the Emergency department, working there until she transferred to Cardiac Cath in 2007 as a staff nurse. She held that position until she was promoted to Director of Cardiovascular Services in 2012.
