If you haven't seen a Corvette around Effingham in the past day or two, you haven't been looking.
A huge turnout of Corvettes and local residents combined to make Thursday night's Corvette Welcome Fest in downtown Effingham a huge success. Food, music, tumbling, and hundreds of Corvettes were all a part of the evening.
As seen here, Mike and Laurie Yager of Mid America Motorworks were on hand for the parade and celebration. (Click here for a full photo gallery from the welcome party)
The Yagers will now preside over three days of activities at Mid America's corporate headquarters along North US 45. A reminder that almost all activities at Funfest weekend are open to the public.
A reminder that the Vietnam Traveling Memorial is at Mid America over the weekend. It's open at 8am each day through Sunday at a price of $2/vehicle.
