Genealogical and Historical Society Makes Donation to Library

The Effingham County Genealogical and Historical Society has made a donation of $500 to the new Effingham Library. The Society which houses it’s collection in the Helen Matthes Library is looking forward to having a dedicated room at the new Library where people can research Effingham County family histories.
