Still No Decision on Counsel for Marschke

There might be another conflict as to an attorney to represent Richard Marschke in his drug induced homicide trial.

Local attorney Ed Deters indicated Monday that he should not be Marschke's attorney due to a conflict. Deters' motion to be removed follows a similar move by local attorney Dick Runde last week.

A motion on Deters' request is set for 10am Wednesday.

Marschke is due to go on trial October 6.
