Personnel Matters Dominate Teutopolis Board Meeting

Teutopolis school board members Monday took action on several personnel matters.

The Board approved resignations from Renae Roepke as a grade school teacher and from Amy True as a high school Spanish teacher. The Board assigned Sue Borries as a Title One and classroom teacher, switched coaching assignments for high school cross country for Tim Bower and Connie Deters, hired Cassidy Klitzing as a half-time Special Education teacher, hired Becky Probst as high school girls golf coach, hired Brittany Meyer as a grade school teacher, hired Andrew Breeden as a high school Spanish teacher, hired Tonya Mersman as a three-hour cook at the grade school, hired Jane Austin as a two-hour cafeteria helper at the grade school for three days a week, and hired Tom Bauserman for a technology support position.

Teutopolis board members also approved a grant to proceed with HVAC work at the junior high building and received updates on buildings from the principals and on progress in establishing a Tax Increment Financing district for Teutopolis.
