FISH School Supplies Applications Being Received

Effingham County FISH Human Services is now accepting applications for free school supplies for children in need residing in Effingham County.

Those needing supplies for students in kindergarten through 8th grade must complete an Application for Assistance by Wednesday, July 30, 2014. Applications are available at the FISH Service Center at the corner of Grove and Maple in Effingham, or at Catholic Charities along US 40 between Effingham and Teutopolis at 1502 East Fayette.

Completed applications may be mailed to Effingham County FISH, PO Box 473, Effingham, IL 62401 or dropped off at the mailbox at the FISH Service Center or at Catholic Charities no later than Wednesday, July 30.

Applications received after July 30 will not be processed.
