Police Seeking Help in Locating Missing West Frankfort Teen

Police are asking for the public's help in locating a missing Franklin County teen who is 3 months pregnant.

16-year old Hunter Dawn Arview of West Frankfort was reported missing Tuesday from her home. West Frankfort is south of Benton, along Interstate 57 (map).

We spoke with Franklin County Sheriff Don Jones Wednesday evening, who said they while they believe the teen is a runaway, they've classified Arview as "Missing and Endangered". Jones would not elaborate on why she may be endangered.

Arview is a white female with light skin complexion, approximately 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 170 pounds. She has a heavy build with straight, long brown hair and blue eyes.

Jones said she didn't take a vehicle when she left home, but could have entered one afterwards. It's also unknown as to what she may be wearing.
