Each year, St. Anthony's Memorial Hospital presents a Values Award to the colleague who most represents the hospital's four Core Values of Respect, Care, Competence and Joy.

This year, the hospital changed its process and named a colleague winner for each of the hospital's Core Values, with four winners selected. The winners were named during a presentation during Hospital Week in May.

The winners selected for the 2014 Values Awards for most representing the corresponding Core Value in their work at St. Anthony's were:

· Lynda White, Medical Care, won the RESPECT Values Award.

· Donna Smith, Medical Care, won the CARE Values Award.

· Karen Finfrock, Laboratory, won the COMPETENCE Values Award.

· Eileen Springer, Laboratory, won the JOY Values Award.

The winners each received a gift from the hospital for being named a Values Award winner.
