An Effingham resident is headed back to prison after acknowledging he failed to register a change of address as a sex offender.

51-year-old Malcolm Morris served a similar sentence several years ago. In court Tuesday morning, Morris admitted to not having changed his place of residence after moving from one location to another in Effingham.

Judge Allan Lolie today sentenced Morris to three years in prison.
