Attorneys for both sides Tuesday confirmed that they'll be ready for trial in the case of Christine Burr.

The 57-year-old Burr is charged with three counts of first degree murder and a count of concealment of a homicidal death. Burr is charged with the stabbing death of Joseph Delaney of Effingham and then with helping her daughter, Kristy Mathis of Effingham and Mathis' boyfriend Zebadiah Houser of Effingham in disposing of Delaney's body in a rural part of Jasper County.

Mathis and Houser have already pleaded guilty to concealment of a homicidal death for their roles in disposing of Delaney's body.

Burr is to go on trial July 7.
