Teutopolis Board Approves Contract w/Support Staff

The Teutopolis Board of Education and the Teutopolis Education Support Personnel Association have reached agreement on a contract.

Superintendent Bill Fritcher said it's a two-year agreement, retroactive to January 1, 2014 when support staffers will be credited with a step increase in their salary schedule.  The increase will be effective until December 31, when the staff members will receive another step increase that will be effective until June 30, 2015.

Fritcher believes support staff personnel will average about a 1.7% increase in pay from the new agreement.
