A scheduled hearing in the murder case of Charles Yoder has been continued.
Yoder is charged with the stabbing death of Ted Debany of Effingham last May 7. A hearing had been scheduled to consider any pre-trial motions Thursday, but the matter has been continued to Friday, March 14 at the request of Public Defender Scott Schmidt.
Yoder is slated to go on trial on April 7. He's being held without bond in Effingham County Jail.
