Thomas M. Strohl from Neoga, has been selected as the Illinois Official of the Year in girls basketball ty the Illinois High School Association.
The IHSA annually recognizes up to 22 officials for the great work they do for the young people in Illinois.
Strohl will be honored during the Illinois High School Association Officials Conference Friday, July 11 at 7 p.m. in Normal West High School.
