At the St. Anthony 7-2A Regional it was the host school opening up an 11-0 first quarter lead and continuing to push the advantage, defeating St. Elmo/Brownstown 36-15.
St. Anthony will play Wednesday night at 6:30 at the St.Elmo Sectional against the winner of Stewardson-Strasburg and Casey-Westfield. They play tonight at the Hutsonville Regional.

Effingham Sacred Heart defeated Sigel St. Micheal 52-27 to win the 7-1A Sigel St. Micheal Regional.
Altamont Lutheran edged East St. Louis Younge to win the Mulberry Grove 7-1A Regional by a score of 38-37.
Effingham Sacred Heart will now play Altamont Lutheran in the Pana Sacred Heart Sectional Wednesday night at 6:30 with the winner moving on to state.
