Jack was born on April 13, 1930, in Mason, Illinois, to Joseph and Emma (Stroup) Warner. He married Vivian Ruth Rogers on July 27, 1952, at Mason Christian Church. Jack’s faith in the saving grace of Jesus Christ was the foundation of his days, and he was eager to share the love and salvation of Jesus with those around him. Jack was in the United States Army for two years, serving in the Korean Conflict. He then farmed a while before becoming the Proprietor of Warner’s Shell service station in Mason. He always said he walked 100 steps to work for 42 years! He was a long-time member of Mason Christian Church where he served as an elder. He also served 50 years on the Board of the Oil Belt Christian Service Camp in Flora, Illinois. Jack enjoyed hunting, disc golf, traveling, and especially being with his family.

Jack is survived by two sons, Roger Warner (wife Brenda) of Effingham and Raymond Warner (wife Cindy) of Effingham; two daughters, Ramona Taylor (husband Michael) of Bowling Green, Kentucky and Rhonda Hilligoss of Effingham; seven grandchildren, Jeremy, Juston, Andrew, Kara, Alisha, Heather and Megan; eleven great-grandchildren; and four great-greatgrandchildren.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Emma Warner; his wife, Vivian Warner; brother, Harold Warner; sisters, Bessie Bishop, Ruby Clough, Thelma Overbeck, and Louise Bushue; and son-in-law, Randy Hilligoss.

The Warners would like to express their deep gratitude to Jack’s Willowbrook family for their love, care, and friendship during the past months.
