Brian Eugene Krampe, 39, of Sigel, IL, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 5, 2024, at HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday December 10, 2024 at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church in Sigel with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, December 9, 2024 at Johnson Funeral Home in Effingham. Memorials may be made to the family for Brian’s children, c/o Jamie Krampe. Brian was born on May 30, 1985, in Effingham, IL, the son of David and Diane (Fuesting) Krampe. He married Jamie Buehnerkemper on July 11, 2009. They have four beautiful children, Jackson, Laney, Paige, and Bella. Brian was a devoted husband and father. He was kind and patient. His calm and caring demeanor was evident to everyone who knew him. Brian’s family always came first and was the most important part of his life. He enjoyed attending his children’s sporting events and school functions, and most recently, planning and helping work on the new home he was proud to be able to give his family. Brian worked at Brighton Cabinetry in Neoga for 18 years.
Brian is survived by his wife, Jamie Krampe; children, Jackson, Laney, Paige, and Bella, all at home; parents, David and Diane Krampe; brother, Tim Krampe (Jamie Vogel); grandmother, Loretta Krampe; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Brad and Elaine Buehnerkemper; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Josh (Jessie) Buehnerkemper, and Emily (Travis) Will; nieces and nephews, Deacon, Blake and Emmett Buehnerkemper, Vanna and Eli Will, and Alayna Mierzejewski; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Kenneth Krampe and Anthony and Agnes Fuesting; uncle, Kenneth Krampe Jr.; aunts, Bernice Tucker and Karen Huston; and cousin, Leah Krampe.
Brian‘s kindness and love will never be forgotten. He will be greatly missed by all.
