Hillyer Recognized for Service on Plan Commission

Theresa Hillyer was recognized for her service at Tuesday night’s Effingham City Plan Commission meeting.

Hillyer served four years on the Plan Commission. She also served a term on the Zoning Board of Appeals.

Making the presentation was City Engineer Luke Thoele.
