Effingham Noon Rotarians held one of their annual events, the Rotary Rural-Urban Luncheon, on March 26th.

A number of county residents from the agricultural community attended the luncheon as Rotary celebrated the county’s agricultural heritage.

Noon Rotarian Norbert Soltwedel served as luncheon chairman. His guest speaker was Mark Ludtke of Ag Technologies. Ludtke spoke on what might happen in the markets in the short term.
