A Montrose man was injured in a Friday night crash near Teutopolis.
25-year-old Tristan Overvig was traveling eastbound on US Route 40, a half-mile east of 2100th Street when the crash occurred at 10:15pm.
Effingham County Sheriff’s Office reported Overvig lost control of the vehicle, which left the highway to the right and came to a stop in the ditch.
Overvig was taken to HSHS St. Anthony’s Memorial Hospital in Effingham by Rural Med EMS for treatment.
No citations were issued.
