Water Authority Board Okays Lease Transfer for Lakeside Marina

The Effingham Water Authority heard from J.D. Kuhns at a special meeting this week about taking over the lease for Lakeside Marina. 

After discussion, the Board accepted a proposal from Kuhns and Andrea Huebner, pending review of the contract.
