The Effingham Public Library Board has awarded work to expand the library’s children’s room.
Grunloh Building was awarded the bid for $85,667.
The project will add 665 more square feet of space in the children’s room. In the words of Library Director Amanda McKay, the project will allow “more room to spread out”.
No decision yet as to when the project will begin.
