Class 8-1A Mulberry Grove Regional
Newton St. Thomas won this regional title by downing Grayville, 25-14, 25-13.
St. Thomas advances to the Sigel St. Michael Sectional Monday to face the winner of the Martinsville Regional, Sigel St. Michael at 6:30 p.m.
Class 8-2A Martinsville Regional
Sigel St. Michael came out the champion of the Martinsville Regional.
Host Martinsville took a 25-12 opening set but the Sharpshooters came back with 25-17, 25-22 tallies for the match victory.
St. Michael heads to its own sectional Monday and will now meet Newton St. Thomas at 6:30 p.m.
Class 8-2A Hutsonville Regional
North Clay was a winner over Oblong to take the Hutsonville Regional crown.
North Clay won the opening set 25-17 but Oblong came back with a 26-24 tally. North Clay then won the match 25-19.
North Clay's Hazel Clark received the IESA Sportsmanship Award.
North Clay (18-8) advances to the Casey-Westfield Sectional Monday to face Champaign St. Matthew at 6:30 p.m.
Class 8-2A Champaign St. Matthew Regional
Champaign St. Matthew won its own regional championship by downing Villa Grove, 25-17, 25-18.
Champaign St. Matthew advances to the Casey-Westfield Sectional Monday to meet North Clay at 6:30 p.m.
Class 8-2A Nokomis Regional
South Central saw its season come to a close in the Nokomis Regional.
Host Nokomis was a 25-19, 25-22 winner over South Central.
Nokomis now advances to the Assumption Central A&M Sectional Monday to meet Bunker Hill Wolf Ridge at 6:30 p.m. Bunker Hill Wolf Ridge won over Morrisonville 25-21, 25-20 to advance.
Class 3A Teutopolis Regional
Jasper County came out as the champion of the Teutopolis Regional.
Jasper County won the opening set 25-13 over Shelbyville Moulton. But Moulton came back with a 25-13 win.
Jasper County then put up a 25-16 score for the victory. Stanley led in aces with five while Thomann led in kills with five. Wagner had 12 assists. Meinhart led in digs with six and Kuhl had three blocks. Jasper County is now 22-1 on the season.
The winner advances to the Teutopolis Sectional Monday at 6:30 p.m. to meet the winner of the Sullivan Regional.
Sullivan won its own regional by downing Paris Mayo, 26-24, 16-25, 25-23.

Class 8-4A Charleston Regional
Taylorville thrwarted Charleston in its own regional championship.
Taylorville claimed a 25-15, 25-18 victory.
The winners now move to the Quincy Sectional to face the winner of the Chatham Glenwood Regional, Quincy. Quincy downed Chatham Glenwood, 25-22, 25-19.
