Shelbyville Boys Track Team Finishes Second At State

On Saturday, May 27, the Shelbyville High School boys varsity track team accomplished a historical achievement.

By competing and medaling in the high jump, 4x200 meter relay, 4x100 meter relay, 300 meter hurdles and the 4x400 meter relay,they combined as a team for 30.5 points and a second place finish at the IHSA 1A Boys State Track & Field Meet.

This was the best finish for a high school boys track and field team in the history of Shelbyville High School.
