T-town's Kaitlyn Vahling Nabs Top Finishes At Mount Zion Track Meet

MOUNT ZION -- Teutopolis High School's Kaitlyn Vahling claimed first and second place finishes at the Mount Zion Indoor girls track meet Thursday.

Vahling, a sophomore, won the 200 with a time of 27.82 seconds and finished second in the 60 in 8.30 seconds. Vahling also had a sixth place finish in the high jump at 4 feet, 6 inches.

Teammate Kaela Neihls finished fourth in the triple jump with a leap of 29 feet, 5 1/2 inches.
