T-town's Soccer Season Comes to Close

MACON -- Teutopolis High School saw its soccer season come to a close in the Class 1A Macon Meridian Soccer Sectional Saturday.

The Wooden Shoes couldn't contain Murphy Domitien who finished with three goals as Beardstown beat T-town 4-1. Domitien had a hat track and finished with an assist.

T-town thbanged home a goal as Alex Probst and the Shoes were within 3-1 at the half.

Beardstown tallied a final goal when Serge Kasanga took a pass from Domitien and connected.

Beardstown took 28 shots while T-town got off only eight shots. The Wooden Shoes ended the season with a 9-8-2 record.
