Effingham's Sean Zerrusen then tied the score at 2-2 with an unassisted goal with 16:27 left. The Tigers pushed ahead 3-2 on a goal by Weston Deshon with 11:09 left.
In the second half, Effingham's Brady Jackson scored an unassisted goal with 34:17 remaining in the contest.

At Centralia
Altamont handed Centralia Christ Our Rock Lutheran a 2-0 defeat Monday evening to improve to 7-8-1 on the season.
Jesus Flores scored the first goal for the Indians. Mitchell Stevenson then scored with an assist from Christian Freezeland for the second goal.
Altamont had 48 shots, 10 on goal. Sam Childerson had seven saves. CORL had 16 shots, seven on goal and eight saves.
"After a slow start, we finally got our offense going, scoring two goals in the first half," said Altamont Coach Jeff Walton. "With us controlling the flow of the match, allowing 48 shots was good. We only put 10 on goal, that statistic has to improve if we want to see ourselves advancing in post-season play. It is a problem we have struggled with all season with selfish play. We get the ball forward and want my shot not a goal for Altamont. We started to settle for shots outside of penalty box area instead of that one more pass allowing a teammate a great look in front of the goal. However, it is a win and good catalyst for our next two matches."
Wednesday is Senior Night for Altamont's six seniors including Joey Caravello, Lennart Leschinger, Christian Freezeland, Ryan Tillman, Jakob Beckley and Hunter Barnes.
